Terms and Conditions – Waterloo Express

HST (Tax):

All rates are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

Gratuity:

A 15% gratuity is automatically added to the total fare.

Quotes:

All quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Pricing is influenced by multiple factors, including:

Number of passengers

Holidays and weekends

Booking in advance

Service duration (hours/days)

Midnight or early-morning service

Frequency of bookings (regular clients may receive special rates)

As these variables change, quotes are subject to revision.

Extra Stops (Pickups/Drop-offs):

Additional stops are available upon request. Rates vary based on distance and waiting time.

Late-Night Service:

Trips scheduled between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. are subject to additional charges.

Toll Road (Highway 407) Charges:

Use of Highway 407 is only upon passenger request. An additional $20 toll fee will apply.

Weather / Road Conditions:

In cases of extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen events, delays or cancellations may occur. We recommend allocating extra time in your travel plans. Waterloo Express is not liable for missed flights, meetings, or other time-sensitive engagements resulting from service disruptions.

Child Seats:

Passengers may bring and install their own child seats. Ensuring the proper installation and safety of the seat is solely the responsibility of the passenger.

Online Bookings:

All online bookings or inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, please contact us by phone. Occasionally, email filters may direct our responses to your spam or junk folder.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Charges:

Passengers are expected to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.

A $150 cleaning fee applies in cases of vomiting or excessive mess.

Any damage caused will be billed in full as per the repair invoice.

GTAA Airport Fees:

Pearson Airport (Toronto) imposes an additional charge for pickups:

Sedan: $15

Mercedes Sprinter: $27

This fee is remitted directly to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA). More details: Pearson Airport GTAA Fees

Driver Waiting Time:

The first hour of waiting after your flight lands is complimentary.

After the first hour, a $50 fee applies for each additional 30 minutes.

To avoid the driver leaving, please inform us promptly of any delays. You may call or text us at +1 519-781-8184.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will be charged the full fare. To avoid this, please notify us of cancellations at least 72 hours in advance.

Deposit Policy:

Sedan/Van Reservations: Non-refundable $100 deposit.

Special Bookings (e.g., weddings, stretch limos, weekend services): Full payment required upon booking. These are non-refundable if cancelled.

Right to Cancel:

Waterloo Express reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion. Extra Stops (Pickups/Drop-offs):

Additional stops are available upon request. Rates vary based on distance and waiting time.

Late-Night Service:

Trips scheduled between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. are subject to additional charges.

Toll Road (Highway 407) Charges:

Use of Highway 407 is only upon passenger request. An additional $20 toll fee will apply.

Weather / Road Conditions:

In cases of extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen events, delays or cancellations may occur. We recommend allocating extra time in your travel plans. Waterloo Express is not liable for missed flights, meetings, or other time-sensitive engagements resulting from service disruptions.

Child Seats:

Passengers may bring and install their own child seats. Ensuring the proper installation and safety of the seat is solely the responsibility of the passenger.

Online Bookings:

All online bookings or inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, please contact us by phone. Occasionally, email filters may direct our responses to your spam or junk folder.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Charges:

Passengers are expected to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.

A $150 cleaning fee applies in cases of vomiting or excessive mess.

Any damage caused will be billed in full as per the repair invoice.

GTAA Airport Fees:

Pearson Airport (Toronto) imposes an additional charge for pickups:

Sedan: $15

Mercedes Sprinter: $27

Driver Waiting Time:

The first hour of waiting after your flight lands is complimentary.

After the first hour, a $50 fee applies for each additional 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will be charged the full fare. To avoid this, please notify us of cancellations at least 72 hours in advance.

Deposit Policy:

Sedan/Van Reservations: Non-refundable $100 deposit.

Special Bookings (e.g., weddings, stretch limos, weekend services): Full payment required upon booking. These are non-refundable if cancelled.

Right to Cancel:

Waterloo Express reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such cancellatioHST (TAX): All rates are subject to a 13% Tax

Gratuity: A 15% gratuity is added to the fare.

QUOTES: All our quotes are valid for one day only. Many factors control the quotes, and therefore, our quotes may change from day to day. Some of these facts: Number of passengers, holidays, weekends, if you are a regular client, working after midnight, booking in advance, number of hours/days you need the service, etc.

EXTRA STOP(S): We can do extra stops, pickups/drop-offs. Rates will depend on the waiting time and distance.

LATE NIGHT PICKUPS/DROP-OFFS: Any service that occurs between midnight and 6:00 a.m. is subject to extra charges.

TOLL ROAD (407) CHARGES: We take the toll road only by request of the passenger; an extra $20 charge will apply.

WEATHER / ROAD CONDITION: Please note that due to extreme weather/road conditions or any other unexpected situation, a delay or cancellation of your service may occur. Therefore, it is very recommended that all passengers use extra time. Arriving early to your destination is much more convenient than missing your business plan, flight, meeting, and/or appointment. Waterloo Express holds no responsibility for the result of service cancellation or delay.

CHILD SEATS: Passengers can use their own car seat for their baby/infant/child. It is the responsibility of the family to ensure and secure their baby in the car seat properly.

INTERNET BOOKING: In 24 hours, we respond to all emails/orders made by our website. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, this represents concern, and you should contact us by phone as soon as possible. We have noticed that some clients have restricted email filters, and our emails/responses were directed to the junk mail of the client.

VEHICLE DAMAGE/CLEANUP CHARGES: Passengers are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and in the same condition before their ride. In case of damage or mess, passengers are responsible for paying the full amount of the related invoice. A $150 cleaning fee will apply in case of vomiting or other messes.

DRIVER WAITING TIME: We charge $50 for every additional half-hour waiting. For airport pickups, one hour of waiting from the time your flight lands is free. It is recommended to inform the driver in case of a delay due to any reason. You can always reach the driver by calling the office by phone or text messaging (SMS) + 1 519 781 8184. Without your notification, the driver may leave after one hour of waiting.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full amount. To avoid charges, please inform Waterloo Express of any cancellations at least 72 hours in advance.
